- MECHANICAL DPM RECOIL DAMPING SYSTEM Special version for AR-15 PLATFORM The mechanical DPM recoil damping system for AR-15 platform is an immediate replacement for the AR-15 Stock Buffer, so no modifications to your weapon are required. The recoil damping is generated by a patented mechanism consisting of multiple springs and a counterweight. The system produces enhanced recoil damping by gradually slowing the fastener carrier before it stops at the bottom of the tube. The mounting kit includes two additional buffer springs, two counterweight springs and an extra heavy counterweight. By varying the springs and counterweights, depending on the ammunition used and the area of use, you can fine-tune the rifle's operating cycle and recoil and ensure correct perfomance. The DPM Systems Technologies LTD has been founded in Greece in 2003 with the aim to design and develop technological products that improve the operation of all portable defensive weaponry.
